DQF stands for the Dynamic Quality Framework. Quality is considered Dynamic as translation quality requirements change depending on the content type, the purpose of the content and its audience. The Framework provides a commonly agreed approach to select the most appropriate translation quality evaluation model(s) and metrics depending on specific quality requirements.
